Ingredients:

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
For 3 People:
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
Preparation:
- 1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- 2. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
